2.) Make yourself accountable for completing these goals, tell someone important to you your goals. By telling someone important you will feel accountable to accomplish your goals for that person.

3.) Don't give up on a goal, if you start you must finish it. Giving up on one goal will start the domino effect of giving up on all of your other goals.

4.) Don't post about your goal on social media, keep it personal. The more you share it the more likely you are to not appreciate when you achieve your goal.

5.) Find out where you are struggling, whether it be with your weight or bad grades in school, you must determine where you are failing to set a goal.
