         NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS IN UNIVERSAL MODEL SCHOOL

        I write to you sir,  regarding the degradation of certain core values for which Universal Model School have been known in the past years.

        First of all, examination malpractice in the school has more rampant than it was in the past. Many more students are getting involved in examination malpractice without being adequately punished. This trend does not portray the school in good light.

       Secondly, Many students no longer respect members of staff. Some students do not even greet staff members in a manner that show courtesy or respect. This emerging trend must be nipped in the board so that it does not degenerate into a complete breakdown of law and order in the school.

       I have also noticed that students no longer deem it important to turn in their home works for marking. This is because of a pitiable non-nonchalance among students towards their studies. This has greatly reduced the degree of assimilation of new information by these students involved.

     Many teachers, such as the Geography Master have ensured the continuance of discipline in the school by promptly punishing defaulters in the presence of all students. If more teachers do this, students will be prevented from misbehaving the more.
