Dear Liza,

Hi, Liza. I hope you're holding up well after that terrible accident. I'm writing in behalf of our class.

The class had been so shocked when Miss Nancy told us about your family getting to an accident. Some girls, like Jessie and Polly, even burst into tears. We are glad to hear you only broke your leg and had some minor injuries though, as far worse things could have happened.

We missed you a lot in class today. Hayley, Ronald, and I took turns copying an extra set of notes for you in every class. Gemma helped you pass up the assignments you left in your locker. James did your classroom duty for you. So, don't worry about school, and get good rest!

We heard about your sister passing away, and we're very sorry for your loss. When you are ready, feel free to call any of us and have a talk! We are most willing to accompany you through your grieving.

To sum it all up, we miss you incredibly, and we wish you and your family all the best in recovering. Hope you come back to our sides soon.
