Dogs can definitely tell what we feel, notice when we cry they try to lick us or cheer us up? thats because they notice we are upset or worried. humans may not know what dogs say but dogs definitely try there best to make us understand and most of the time they succeed. sometimes people make talking items dogs press so they learn what they are. that way we know what there talking about
