Pyramus and Thisbe were two young Babylonians who fell in love. However, their families did not see each other with good eyes and did not approve of their romance, forbidding them to see and talk. However, the two lived in neighboring houses and continued to communicate through a wall that separated their houses. The young people were living a forbidden love and it would only be possible to be together if they ran away from their parents.
