Ken looked as his juice, apple, and sandwich. His friend, Jessica, had several pizza slices and cake. He looked longingly at her lunch and then stopped himself. Enough is as good as a feast, he remembered. Sure enough, Ken felt full at the end of his lunch and so did Jessica. However, Jessica had a lot of leftovers. What is the meaning of the adage or proverb enough is as good as a feast?

Don't eat too much food all at once.
Having enough of something is plenty.
Having leftovers is a good use of food.
Remember to only eat healthy food.
