running away from my fears because as soon as it haunts me i know its gonna effect my family i keep my head up when i am down i be so sad now and days but i put on a mask to make everyone else happy i might end it today therapy doesnt work they hear my pain but is not doing anything about it they cant fix me life is gonna end anyway why would god put us down here is this is so

I don’t know what to sayI think you should communicate with someone, other than your therapist, that will really help you. Don’t end it all, after all you need to have a positive outlook on life and you will feel better.
