when i'm sad i like to refect and think a lot. i think about how exactly i feel, what the true cause is and if there is something i can do about it. this helps me see understand myself better, determine the problem so i don't have to deal with it again or know how to deal with it better and if there is something i can do to make myself happy i do it. if it's out of my control i accept and acknowledge it and try my best to move on with that in mind. sorry for any spelling errors!
