Before swinging at the spider, I paused to take a deep breath. I was stressed and panicking. In my head, I shouted, "I am bigger than that spider; I will kill that spider!" With a two-handed grip on the slippers, I swung my slippers and pressed it. I let go of my slippers and just then...(I want end the story but I don't know how to. I'm thinking of saying something like I conquered my fears but I just don't know how to end the story)."
