I had struggles like low self esteem and i didn't have a lot of confidence. Overtime i realized other people feel that way too and that i just have to take it one day at a time to gain self confidence and a higher self esteem. I started taking small steps like raising my hand in class, walking more confidently even if I didn't feel like it and eventually i became more confident and had a higher self esteem and I didn't even notice it until people started asking me how I became like that!
