Why would it be a great idea to work with the insects

Working with insects can provide us with more insight about their lifestyle, behaviors, anatomy, immune system, etc. We can take this information and use it to improve quality of life for often-forgotten (and often-stomped-on) insects to help make their lives better and show society their importance. For example, ants are wood decomposers and are vital to the environment. By performing scientific experiments, we can show how important they really are. Also, insects are not as explored in science as some other fields, so its important to be enlightened in their ways! I hope this helps :D
