What is the theme of this poem? :

simply by speaking or writing.
sometimes we cannot say what we mean
there are other ways than words.

a gentle brush stroke whispers.
not so shy? bright colors shout excitement!

pound clay to express yourself.
the clay is willing
to follow your every whim.

it is as generous as the wood
that allows you to break it
of saying what you mean
through sculpture.

so i can give or take the pen
since words do have their limits.

yet, how else could i tell you this?
i need this way
to say what i mean.
and i'm glad to have this choice
and countless others that can match the moment
and convey my mood and message.
