many would-be runners have trouble getting motivated. there are, however, many ways to increase one’s motivation. an old pair of jeans that no longer fits or a photograph of oneself during a healthier period may inspire a person to begin running. also, the more often people exercise, the more motivated they feel. running becomes an activity people make time for on a regular basis because of the positive way it makes them feel.
