The Republic of Haiti mainly exports commodities, such as coffee, mangoes, cocoa, oil and apparel. The country imports raw materials, fuel, machinery and transportation equipment, consumer goods, and food.
One of the most important issue that needs to change in Haiti regarding economic, social or political issues is more investment and opening up of trade for resources.
