1- This is said by Rome when seeing Juliet dead. He notices some poison by her side and describes it as the cause of her death. In fact, death is defined as timeless end. The end of life is a fixed point, it sounds contradictory to attribute this end as timeless when time is out of the question.

2- This is said by Juliet when noticing Romeo has died. She picks up Romeo's dagger and kills herself. A dagger is a weapon used to kill people , so to characterise it as happy sounds contradictory, besides, happy is used to qualify animate beings not objects. Probably, Juliet will feel happy dying in the middle of such a tragedy.
