In “the break,” how does faizula’s culture influence the story?

The passage had points wherein his culture was influential in the story in a more religious moral. This is mostly about selflessness that can come with rewards that are even better. It is highlighted that Faizula has been more serious about his religion because of his mother and the fact that he is a naturally kind man with principles that he follows. When he was at the point of breaking down and losing his composure because of the monitor breaking down and several challenges in his way, a strange man had an impact of when he asked if he could have a rose, had a significance in the lesson that he was learning.
