Claim: Rey decided to help Mr. Sanchez because he’s reminded of how his father looks like after getting exhausted from work.

Evidence: Rey was completely convinced that he was just going to drive past through Mr. Sanchez, until he thought, “But I remembered the look in his eyes as I drove past him. That same tired look my father had when he’d get home from work and he didn’t have the strength to take off his boots. My father always looked like he’d been working for centuries without any rest,” and this rang like a conscience that urged Rey to help Mr. Sanchez

Reasoning: If not for Rey’s father, he claimed that he would not help Mr. Sanchez most especially because the man did not treat him well more than once. When Rey was asking for a favor, Mr. Sanchez had given him nothing but spite. For Rey, it wasn’t fair, but his good heart won over contempt.
