I'm not good enough You are busy a lot because you have school and work all the time. I can't help but be excited when u get off and have time for me. we've had rough bumps in the past and I just hope that they will come less frequent the more we are together. but nothing changes...
You already know I have separation anxiety. but this week I've been shielding it and whenever you are busy doing something I say "it's fine" and "no problem" when inside it really depresses me...you told me that you knew I was hiding it and that I should stop and just tell the truth so I did just that.
Today you decided to take a whole day away from everything for your mental health. I understand that you are busy all the time and I understand that it's stressful for you.. but it still made me sad and anxious that I will be alone and depressed for a whole entire day... so i said "oh ok...bye i guess" and then you flipped out. you said "why are you upset f f s I can't even take a break for my own mental health"that almost made me cry... I feel like I'm an annoying burden all the time so this really showed that I truly was one...out of panic sadness and frustration I said "I'm not upset I'm just saying it's gonna be difficult for you being gone all dayyknow what this is why i have kept my mouth shut this week because i always cause problems. feels f ing great fearing that I'm a burden yet here I am doing exactly that...just drop it i'll be fine have a good relaxing day"You didn't respond to that textI hate to feel like a burden and I hate to be annoying but i did just that and now I'm probably gonna cry all day at how I wished I was good enough...
