Body paragraph{{Throughout puberty, when the body changes the body's influence on nutritional and dietary needs of that person changes. Young people become more self-employed and make many food choices themselves. Some people have mental health disorders or food disorders that affect them greatly and to help prevent that the nutrition classes can help young adults and teens establish a routine of healthy eating. According to the Center for Health and Wellness, teens and young adults who receive nutrition education are 65 percent more likely to carry healthy habits into adulthood. So the nutrition classes would help them less apt to diseases and obesity (fatness), because their body will have the proper nutrients and healthy vitals it needs.
