2. How will the Universe end in the "open universe" model? A. Galaxies will continue racing outwards (continue to expand) and all of the stars will die off as the last of their energy is released. There will be nothing left.

B. Gravitational attraction between galaxies will cause the movement away from each other to slow down and eventually stop.
The gravitational pull will begin to pull the galaxies back to the center of the universe.

C. Galaxies will stop where they are now and stay there until they run out of fuel and energy and will begin to die soon after that.​
