Write a new poem that uses inverted syntax in some way, OR revise a poem you wrote earlier in this module, introducing some instances of inverted syntax. Maybe you want to write an ode to nature like Emily Dickinson, or claim your power like Maya Angelou. Or maybe you just want to see how many ways you can write "I ate the chocolate donut" without adding or subtracting any words, and just rearranging the sentence within a poem.

The tree covers the child below

From the raging sun

As the child get cover below

She relaxes in the cool shade

And enjoys her youthful fun

As she thinks back under that tree

10 years later

She sits down and wonders

How great that tree made life

Now the tree sit bare and limp

From covering over the child

The child can finally understand

The tree had made great sacrifice
