Write a letter to your headteacher telling him why you need a fully furnished library in your school​

The library should be fully furnished because, we not only need books but a place to sit, study, or eat at. I don't think the kids would want to sit on the floor, now would they? And of course tables and a focus spot; maybe just a quiet area where a student could work at if the main library is getting too noisy.
