Different between
Nucleus and vacuole​

The nucleus contains chromosomes(genetic material),which differentiate every human from the over, and controls the cell's actions, it's like the brains of a cell.

The vacuole stores water and minerals for use by the cell later on and in the process offers rigidity to the cell.
