I have to admit that the photo titled "Poor whites, Georgetown." made
me feel uncomfortable and sad, so, in a way, the photo was deftitely
effective in some respect I think that any decent person would look at a
photo of dirty, unhappy children and want to help them in some way. One
question I have is, why does the title focus on the race of the children
