Two college students Rex and Albert were frustrated by rules the college had made. They felt like the rules discriminated against them personally by limiting the hours they could
be on the Internet, starting a curfew that was set at 10:00 p. m., and suspension if you
missed three classes or more. Rex decided to write the college president a letter and
joined in a boycott of the college cafeteria and sporting events. Albert decided to
disregard the limits and the threaten the college security guards when they tried to turn
off his internet access and when he came in at 1:00 a. m. He called them names and
