First you would make sure they own an electronic device that can use a search engine. The next thing you will do is show them how to open the search engine. Show the person where the search bar is, how to use voice search, how to open different tabs, etc. The next step you would take is to show them what to look up to get the basic commonly searched pages (news, recipes, online stores, etc.). To deliver the oral instructions you would want to make sure they have an electronis device with an avaliable search engine in hand and present different search engines, how to look up the basics, how to open a page, how to open multiple tabs, and anything else they aren't clear on.
