Beacause it is not famous in all countries

Soccer is mainly famous in european countries,USA and few asian countries

It is not famous in India,Pakistan,etc

I think soccer isn't the greatest sport in the world. Soccer is indeed one of the most enduring sport but there are more sports which require mental strength along with physical. Those can be emotionally challenging too..Some examples are Gymnastics, Diving etc.

And moreover it's only famous among the western countries.
