Wether being around people or himself makes him more comfortable, watching a movie, going on a run, he could even write an E-mail knowing that his sister will eventually read it just to be able to let it out, he could take a shower or clean, read a book, distract himself with something productive, he could find a new job maybe that one wasn’t meant to be but he’ll definitely find another one that he loves, or stare at the stars and remind himself that everything happens for a reason and that he’ll be okay not today or tomorrow but eventually.
