-Usually, when I read aloud a text or an article, the first thing that I do is to scan all of the text to check how much words or lines I have to read so that I can prepare for that. In addition, a mini note book should be beside you in case you find what is interesting in the text and you can take note into it so that it can be used as a reference or useful informaton you may need later.
