the causes are

I. people are uneducated

ii . peoples thinks that women's are not stroner than man's

iii . government don't have much strong rules against it

iv. all people should know that discrimination is a serious crime

And the consequences are

I. nation has to lose a opportunity to have such a good personalities

ii. a person who discriminate womens can go to the prison .

iii. discriminated women can be hurt physically and mentally and that effects a lot in the quality of life .
