Pros: The experience may prove valuable in the future, since they will learn about work ethics and discipline. Another advantage is that it is beneficial for the economy to have more people working. Finally, one more pro we can think of is that, if necessary, the money earned by the teenager can help his / her family financially, bringing more stability to their income.Cons: Teenagers already have educational preoccupations, which means working can add to the pressure and perhaps cause or worsen anxiety and nervousness. Jobs available for adolescents with no experience are usually underpaid and exploitative, so that is another problem to consider. Finally, the time spent at work could be employed in a different manner, such as building bonds with friends and family.

As for the opinion, since it is personal, I will offer a couple of ideas:

- You can say you think the pros stand out. Money brings financial freedom and comfort. The experience and work ethics acquired through a job may be significantly useful int he future.

- You may say instead that the cons are heavier. It is more beneficial for teens to stay focused on their education. The time to work will eventually come, nonetheless. Also, mental health is of ultimate importance for a healthy life, so adding to anxiety is something we should avoid.

Teenagers are encouraged to do some summer internships and part time jobs in many countries. This introduces them with professional business environment.

This also creates a habit of earning money and spend according to their earned money and finance their daily needs.

When a person studies master but has zero practical experience he will not be able to perform well in his job because he will have no prior experience of working in an office environment.

It is therefore necessary for a teenager to work some part time or do summer internships along with their studies.

There are sometimes disagreement of doing part time job by teenager because they are not able to keep their focus on their studies and this create decline in their grades.
