Rewrite the following paragraph, correcting any problems in verb tense or subject-verb agreement. I looked at my phone. It was almost 7:30 P. M. Where were everyone? I had been waiting for half an hour, and neither Lydia nor Michelle had arrived. I looked around the restaurant, watching the other people eating happily. Maybe I will get the time wrong? I was positive, though, that 7 P. M. was the time we were supposed to meet. I checked my phone again–no calls. My friends were never this late! I look at my phone again, and I started to worry. Suddenly, my phone will ring. "Hello? Where are you?" I discovered that I had been sitting in the wrong restaurant for thirty minutes.
