Plz Help me Can i use the word arbitrary (Meaning: based on whim or chance; Synonyms: random, aimless, erratic; Antonyms: arranged, planned, deliberate) to describe something I saw?

Like for example "the arbitrary figure in the woods". Can I use it like that?​
