Sexist demeanors such as only hiring a specific gender for a job or paying both genders different wages for the same job, racism that’s carried on in our homes/ schools/ workplaces that singles out a race or suggests that one person is better than the others simply based on the color of their skin are all incredible unjust ideals that have been passed and enforced throughout the generations.
