Thoughts and feelings can really have an impact on those around them because they may have a serious reaction to such emotions. If someone was angry, people around them would notice and would try to help them out. If someone was happy, people tend to replicate that feeling. Thoughts are the same way. If you think you are gonna do something bad, people will probably try to stop you. If you are thinking about doing good, people will also notice and try to replicate.
