Breaks you take from studying, how long they are, and what you do

After reviewing all the studies and research that's out there, here's my best advice: Take SHORT breaks – say 5 to 15 minutes – every hour or so. Take a longer break – at least 30 minutes – every 2 to 4 hours (depending on your task)

From 5-15 minutes, I make food, answer messages, and stretch.

3. the details that convey the author's attitude would be an opinion by the author, for example, if he said, "haley was a very nice girl " or, you can find the attitude by finding parts of haley's personality that he highlights. you can strengthen your tones by using more descriptive words, and simplify long sentences as much as you can.
