Depending on what grade level you're in it really varies.. All students should and would like to be above the C ranking.. 70+. I wouldn't honestly say these grades are, "good", but they are bearly making it. At highschool level you should always be at a B+ as it looks good on your record. Keep working hard, and turn in those assignments, wether you know how to do them or not.. Its better to get points off for not knowing the answer, then not doing the assignment to begin with and getting a 0. Good luck dude and keep that work up!
