OBJECTIVE: To create a teacher survey that focuses on teaching and learning, and to evaluate your survey. SCENARIO: Teachers have many different opinions about the fundamental issues of everyday teaching. As a new teacher, you wish to understand your colleagues’ differing opinions as a way to learn and to make good choices for your students. You ask your principal if you can create a teacher survey on the topic of curriculum, and she agrees.

INSTRUCTIONS

• Create a five-question survey that focuses on the topic of curriculum. Be sure your survey focuses on this topic as raised by your text.

• For each question in the survey:
