George Jacob is the one on the floor with the red cape and he seems to be trying to stop the job from making his final decision. The others in the picture have gone wild and they look angry and there is even a man who fainted. The people in the picture might be related to Jacob or have the same viewpoint as him. I can infer that the reasoning they acting in such a way is because of the news the judge had just gave them. George Jacobs seems to be attempting to change the judges mind and its not going so well.( i.d.k what you did yesterday so i cant answer the rest)
