Proofread for Commas, Semicolons, Quotation Marks, Hyphens, and Em Dashes In the sentences below, carefully proofread to properly place commas, semicolons, quotation marks, hyphens, and em dashes.

Each sentence only needs one type of new punctuation. There is no need to change any existing punctuation; you should only add one of the five different types of punctuation listed above, to each sentence. Each sentence should use a different punctuation, so that all of the punctuation listed above gets used in a different sentence.

Keep in mind that when using em dashes (plural) you will need to use two dashes at the beginning and two dashes at the end of the extra information. The same is true of quotation marks; you will need one at the beginning and one at the end of the quotation.
