I think that it could be all of the options. A memoir is never typically restricted to a specific age or race. The point of a memoir is to tell the memory's of a different time, and/or the opinions of the memoir's writer. I would select all for the answer, as the memoir is an educative form of literature which is not to be restricted to anyone without proper instruction.
