successful or not. Find another video of a persuasive speech online, this time in English. It doesn't matter whether you're already familiar with it or not. Listen carefully to the speech several times and try to write
down a plan of the speaker's main points. Assess whether or not the claims he or she makes are really justified Is everything they say really backed up by a fact or figure, and if it is, do you think this factor figure
is reliable? Are there any parts of the speech you didn't understand or weren't persuaded by? Make detailed notes of around 300 words or more. A good selection of speeches can be found at
