maybe they should just change the food they eat meaning like is the food they're eating everyday maybe that's causing them hard so why not try it?

To get humans to change their eating habits it would be hard. First you would have to get different food, and better food is more expensive. You would have to limit what you eat and look up what you should and shouldn't eat. Then you should eat meat and vegetables.
