hey, im freaking out on my english homework. does anyone have any suggestions on how i can complete my essay without panicking?

My advice would be to take it one step at a time. First, make a plan for how you're going to approach it. Ask yourself questions such as:

What information will I need?

What are the expectations for this?

When is it due?

Is there a length limit?

If your teacher gave you a rubric, try looking at that.

Once you've asked yourself these basic questions, do some research about it! If you already have the information, organize it into main topics - for paragraphs.

I would suggest doing the body paragraphs first, than once those are completed do your introduction based on what you've wrote. Than complete your conclusion.
