A song that resonates deeply with me is "DNA" by Kendrick Lamar. Lamar is an incredibly talented rapper and lyricist, and he is able to express so many emotions in just one song. Whenever I listen to "DNA", I feel empowered and excited. In this song, Lamar discusses his own background and experiences in the United States, and he is able to make societal statements while rhyming on a catchy beat. The production and sound quality of Lamar's music has always been top tier, and he is able to convey his own ideas in simpler terms which helps the listener understand and stay engaged to the song.
