Stress affects the way we think and how we act especially in episodes of anger, disappointment, or complete ignorance of others, especially close friends. Stress can be managed in three ways. First, taking time out of your day to relax and have time to yourself always helps erase pressure. Second, talking to somebody you're close to or a therapist can help you get stuff off your shoulders which helps you face the fact that you're not in it alone. Third, having an extra activity in the day can help boost your confidence and happiness by giving you something to take your mind off the stress. These three things not only help your mind but also the way you move on with managing your stress in the future. Your stress is now gone!
