A challenge most students face are EXAMS. Many students have fear of failure causing them to get stressed, anxious and may even develop atychiphobia which is a fear of failure. Many students are worried for upcoming exams, SAT scores, trying to get into a good college, unfortunately, not all people can easily get accepted.

Anxiety is very common for students, however, many of us ignore these kinds of problems and that causes a toll on their bodies. Stress, depression, and to me personally I think fear of failure is a big thing to students studying hard and trying to go to a great university.

Ways we can overcome fear of failure is to pinpoint exactly what you're afraid of, answer your “what if?” questions, don't just visualize success, focus on the process, not the final product.

Remember failure is normal and it's okay for it to happen sometimes. As long as you give your all, study hard until you think, 'Okay, I am prepared, I can do this' and don't stress too much on it. If you keep stressing out about these things, you can get high blood pressure, and anxiety. Afterall, you won't be a student all your life.

Getting good grades doesn't guarantee getting a great and amazing job. Just steady yourself, go at your own pace, and who knows? You may be top of the class!
