Who are some current scapegoats in today's society? who is getting scapegoated by whom? how are they being treated? what are they being blamed for? pls (due tomorrow)

Police are often scapegoated in today's society and are given a bad label because of what a few corrupt officers did. In reality, they make America safer and there would be a lot more chaos if we didn't have people like them in authority. Most of the time they are being blamed for the broader failures of our society such as the criminal justice system, which they have no control over. Because of this, they are being slandered both online and in person.  Citizens no longer trust the people that they are supposed to go to in times of need.
