Acually, I think it should be A, Piracy. She hasn't stolen anything from them, she copied it, which isn't stealing it's Piracy(Copying or stealing anothers work without citation or permission)

It would never logically be C, for she hasn't hacked anyone. hacking is cyber-theft pretty much, when you get into another coding systems or files in their computers and decide to illegally take control of their devices.
