To become a construction manager a person has to take up a four-year undergraduate course at college. While studying there, the person will learn about the issues he will need in his job. His duties will be mainly to supervise and control the work done at construction sites. He will check the cost, the quality , the safety and the administration from any construction.

These answers are not right:

-A plumber ( To do this job the person does not need to go to college. This is a job learnt from experience or a training course).

-A carpenter ( Same as above)

-Construction laborer ( This is a person who works under the supervision of a construction manager. This person does not need to attend college to do the physical work required at a construction site).
